The Role
Are you an experienced leader passionate about early childhood education?
We're seeking a dedicated Centre Director to lead our childcare centre in Tuggerah. As the Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for young children and guiding our team of educators to excellence.
Required Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education (Birth - 5 years)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current Children Protection, First Aid & CPR certificate
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues
- Organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals
