At Orchard Early Learning Group, we're not just another Childcare Service – we're a community dedicated to thinking outside the box and redefining the norms of education.  Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in Early Childhood Education?

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join us as a full-time Preschool Centre Director. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving effective service business performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes for families, children, and our team members. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, planning, and implementing strategies in collaboration with all stakeholders. You will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and relevant legislation and regulations. We are looking for someone who embraces change and innovation, encourages continuous improvement, and is committed to their own personal growth and development in early childhood leadership. A high value for aesthetics and maintaining beautiful environments for children is essential.

Located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, Kirrawee is home to our 100-place preschool catering to children aged 2 to 5 years. Our service features a dedicated Nursery floor and a separate Preschool floor, connected by a central staircase. Families are welcomed into a calm oasis, surrounded by light and space, and enveloped by a lush Children’s Kitchen and Garden. Close to public transport and with parking available on-site, our center provides convenience and accessibility.
