Are you passionate about early childhood education and possess the skills and experience necessary to lead an exceeding childcare center? Earlyhood have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to join and lead an exceeding 90 placed childcare centre.
As the Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in leading a dedicated team and ensuring the successful operation of the Childcare Centre.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:

• An Early Childhood Degree or Diploma
• At least 1 years' experience working in a Director role
• Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
• Values a collaborative team approach
• Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
• Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
• Be able to drive up Occupancy
• A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.
• Dip or ECT welcome
