Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Centre Directors to lead our Childcare Centre across Sydney. The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and administration of the centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.
Educational Program Development:
- Develop and implement an innovative and developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities.
Parent and Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.
- Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values.
Staff Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional growth.
Financial Management:
- Manage the budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Work towards achieving financial goals and sustainability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum one year experience in a Centre Director/Management role within a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care.
