Who we are

Thrive Group Tasmania is a not-for-profit organisation governed by a volunteer Board. We have been providing education and care for children from birth to 13 years for over 40 years. We offer families a wide range of care options throughout Tasmania including Family Day Care, Early Learning and Care and Outside School Hours Care.

Are you ready for a Sea-change? Our current relocation package will help you ove to this beautiful seaside town. Work on Tasmania's beautiful East coast in this purpose-built 32 place Early Learning Service. Located right next to the Bicheno Primary School and just minutes walking distance from the beach, Bicheno Early Learning, Affectionately known as Little Penguins, is ideally placed for collaborative partnership, and nature exploration. Work with an Enthusiastic and experienced team to deliver play-based learning to the children in the local community and the surrounding smaller communities.

About you

Successful candidates will have:

• A Diploma in Education and Care or be working towards one.
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
• A current Working With Vulnerable People Registration
• A current First Aid Certificate OR can obtain one.
