Located on Macarthur Avenue, our warm and inviting Hamilton Centre offers six beautiful learning studios grouped by age, incredible outdoor environments, and high-quality educational resources. Positioned less than a 15-minute walk from Eat Street Northshore Markets, Portside Wharf, and Northshore Riverside Park, our 115-place centre provides children with a safe and secure space to learn and explore.
The Opportunity
As Centre Manager, you'll:
- Lead a professional team to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Foster lasting relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and confident in our care.
- Develop a culture of quality and safety that makes Guardian the centre of choice in your community.
- Contribute to Guardian's mission by making your centre financially sustainable and investing in high-quality education for young children across Australia.
To be considered, you'll need:
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it).
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a long day-care centre.
- Practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Budget and financial accountability experience.
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, along with a valid Working with Children check.
