Your new centre:
The modern indoor space is bright and filled with light to create an inspiring learning environment. Filled with resources to support the children’s development, the classrooms are like a home away from home.
Your new role:
- Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care
- Manage your centres performance by applying strong business and financial experience to meet your centres KPI’s and Assessment & Ratings results
- Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.
- Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolving to meet the highest standards

What YOU need:
- Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- Previous experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
- Experience managing a budget for and Early Years Education Centre
