We are recruiting a sales professional with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service with energy and passion for achieving great results. In the role of Trade Account Manager, you will represent our Hudson Mitre 10 brand in the Canberra region.
This role:
You will build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry, exceeding customer expectations, you will have previous external sales experience, this can be across the industrial and building sectors. Having a passion for outstanding customer service will result in delivering the required sales targets and KPI's whilst adding real value to our trade customers.
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with proven results in driving sales growth in a target-driven sales environment.
You can provide high levels of communication, both verbal and written, great presentation skills and it is also a requirement that you be confident working independently as well as proactively within a team environment.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following attributes.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and sales driven
- Skilled in planning, managing, and growing a defined territory
- Experience in B2B sales – Wholesale, Industrial or Trade based products preferred but not essential
- Ability to build and develop rapport with customers – allowing for a long term, mutually sustainable relationship
- Record of accomplishment of achieving sales Targets and KPI’s
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and developing new business
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
- High degree of customer centricity with exceptional customer service attitude
- Team focused with a can-do attitude, with a great desire to achieve
- Highly organised, with attention to detail
- Achievement of sales, margin, and product mix targets
You will be responsible for communicating and representing the Mitre 10 brand to our key stakeholders through sales meetings, training, and industry events.
