Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. The Service Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability whilst adgering to National Laws and Regulations
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that arise
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain a safe and efficient environment by enforcing policies and procedures
- Manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that equipment is properly maintained
- Prepare and manage budgets, and report on financial performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Education and/or A Diploma of Children's Services
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
