Lead the operations of a council-owned childcare centre
Manage a team of passionate educators in a unique setting
Armidale Regional Council is seeking a motivated Centre Manager Early Learning to join the team at their childcare facility located in Guyra. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-today operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing leadership to a team of passionate and experienced educators.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support to a team of experienced early-learning educators.
Oversee the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs.
Manage the financial aspects of the centre, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
Ensure the health and safety of all children and staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or working towards.
Proven experience within a child education setting.
Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Working and Living in the Region
Guyra is a small town located in the Northern Tablelands region of New South Wales approximately 30 minutes from Armidale. It is a tight-knit community that offers a peaceful and friendly environment for its residents.
