We are looking for a Part Time Centre Manager to join our headspace team in Cowra, NSW. This role is Fixed Term, working 60 hours per fortnight, up to 24 December 2024.

The Centre Manager role
- Supports the delivery of holistic services to young people in the Cowra community
- Manages day to day service delivery operations in line with headspace contract deliverables
- Actively contributes to the continued growth and future success of the centre and headspace program
- Maintains effective working relationships with internal staff and partner organisations
Our ideal candidate will have
- Experience in managing employees, day to day operations and meeting contractual obligations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills that demonstrate integrity and initiative
- Experience working in Mental Health/Drug & Alcohol/Community services or similar environment
- Track record in developing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Established organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency with computer technology, primarily Word, Excel and Outlook
- A current Australian driver licence and a willingness to travel for work purposes
