Job Summary:
The Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of a small boutique 29-place education and care Centre in Cessnock. They will manage a team, ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, maintain organisation within the Centre, and uphold compliance with NSW laws and regulations.

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- Knowledge of NSW Early Childhood laws and regulations
- Ability to uphold policies and procedures effectively
- Familiarity with industry best practices
- Bring a positive and friendly attitude and enjoy working with a team of committed educators
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure clear communication with students, parents, staff members, and other stakeholders
- Maintain organisation within the Centre by implementing efficient systems and processes
- Uphold compliance with all relevant NSW laws and regulations
- Enforce Centre policies and procedures consistently
- Providing a play-based Early Years Program delivery guided by the EYLF and NQS.
- Provide a stimulating environment that promotes high-quality outcomes for children
- Record keeping via online platforms
- Coordinate team tasks and class pedagogy
- Observe and document children's learning
Qualifications:
- Approved Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Previous experience in a management role within an educational setting desirable
- Valid WWC
- First Aid Qualification
- Knowledge of NSW laws and regulations related to education Centre's
