About the Role:
As the Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our centre and making a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community. You will lead a team of dedicated educators, inspiring them to deliver high-quality educational programs that promote holistic development and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the centre team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative educational programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child, in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Build positive relationships with families and the wider community, ensuring open communication and collaboration to support children's learning and development.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with or able to use XAP software.
• Passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
