Nestled in the heart of St Leonard’s we serve a diverse clientele with personalise solutions and unmatched quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers, finishing and administrative staff to achieve excellence in every project.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Forste a creative and collaborative environment where ideas flourish and client expectations are exceeded.
• Manage client relationships, understating their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability staying ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain quality standards and uphold reputation of out centre as beacon of excellence.
• Manage production, customer service, sales, planning, quoting and administration at the centre using technology and workflow systems.
• Conduct and review on a weekly basis the sales practice and processes within the centres.
• Quote for jobs using PrintSmith, in accordance with the price list or by using the guidelines provided by the Centre Owner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management,  in the digital printing or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and empower team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with customer centric approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Strategic Thinker with a keen eye for innovation and business development.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technologies related to printing and design.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
