We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Finance team at Circa Retail (in the Bella Vista area). There is also the availability to work from home 2 days a week. This role dives deep in the MRI Software platform to manage CM and AP functions across our Shopping Centres.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Finance Manager your key responsibilities are providing information and support to our Shopping Centre Property Managers through our MRI Software platform including:
- Management of data entry to ensure reports and ledger accuracy.
- Management of daily rent receipting, process and late fees charges.
- Daily and weekly bank reconciliation.
- Tenant Lease data management: ensuring correct capture of lease details to ensure 100% accurate correct tenant invoicing including percentage rent calculations, rent escalation, CPI increases, recoverable expenses invoicing etc.
- Tenant reconciliations.
- Supplier payments - processing to upload at bank.
- Supplier reconciliations.
- Management of data entry to ensure reports and ledger accuracy.
IN APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE, WE ENVISAGE YOU WILL POSSESS THESE SKILLS:
- MRI experience
- Accounting certificate, studying accounting or previous experience in accounts management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Strong organisational and collaborative skills.
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks.
- Problem solver /team player.

Fulltime or PPT: this role is offered on either a permanent basis or 30 hrs a week.
