About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join our growing Retail Property Management team.
Based in Mandurah, and working alongside a dedicated local team, you will have access to a strong support network based in our Perth head office and will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of retail properties.
Encompassing all facets of property management and client service delivery, key deliverables for this role include:
- Build and maintain close relationships with owners, occupiers and operational personnel to ensure proper control and service delivery
- Undertake inspections of the asset to ensure high standards of presentation
- Ensure all leasing and other documentation is fully executed
- Development of annual operating budgets
- Provide owners with recommendations and negotiating rent review and lease renewals
- Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration
- Control and collection of monies, including rentals, outgoings and recoverable costs
- Drive the investment performance of the asset
About You
You will be passionate about delivering quality service and thrive on building and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
To be successful you will have:
- Current Real Estate license
- Experience in a Retail Property Management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
- Ability to build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen
