Role Overview:
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the childcare centre. You will lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding care and education, ensuring that every child receives the attention, support, and guidance they need to flourish. You will also work closely with parents and families to build strong partnerships and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the centre team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staffing, programming, and compliance with regulations and policies.
- Maintain high standards of care and education, ensuring that all activities and experiences align with the principles of early childhood development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, families, and the local community, addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the Centre's budget and resources effectively, maximising efficiency and sustainability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and implement changes as needed to enhance the quality of our services.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Sound knowledge of early childhood development principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks effectively
