Centre Manager - Nominated Supervisor
Little Corner Early Learning is a smaller, established service that provides a loving and caring environment for all children.
Our centre is privately owned and operated and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years with thoughtfully designed spaces, creating our own “home away from home “.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring leader who is passionate about early education and shares our vision for learning. The successful applicant should be committed to engaging with children and families in various ways to facilitate their learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their ongoing research and professional growth.
Within this role, you will manage the service's day-to-day operations and have opportunities to guide and mentor Educators, form partnerships with families and engage with the wider community.

Requirements.
To be successful in this position, it is expected that you have:
- Minimum ACECQA-approved Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent.
- Desirable - previous leadership and management experience.
- Current Blue Card.
- Child Protection Training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm.
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the NQF and NQS.
- Understanding of and commitment to exemplary practice that the Early Years Learning Framework informs
- Effective skills in conflict resolution, team building and implementation performance review processes.
- Extensive working knowledge of CCS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build constructive working relationships with families and staff.
Remuneration will be negotiable, dependent on the applicant's skills and abilities. Hours and specific roles and responsibilities will be discussed and negotiated at the interview level.
