We have a new opening for a Centre Manager to join our management team at Cancer Care Associates for a permanent, full time position. The Role
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the services and employees, whilst facilitating the delivery of high-quality patient focused services to our patients. The role will require you to provide leadership for the centre and work in collaboration with our Senior Management team. What’s involved
- Accountable for smooth running of the centre’s day-to-day operations.
- Work with our Quality & Compliance team to ensure Work, Health and Safety of all team members working onsite at the centre.
- Responsible for the management and support for Consultant relations and developing relationships with new Consultants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Work closely with our Finance and Payroll team to forecast the annual budget for centre.
- Actively support and champion Cancer Care Associates People & Culture initiatives to build a positive culture and support our retention strategy for team members.
- Provide inclusive leadership to the local teams and formulate action plans to ensure engagement of all team members working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide exceptional leadership in the promotion and embedding of the Cancer Care Associates purpose and values.
- Drive a high-performance culture with strong analytical decision making and actions to deliver performance on set objectives.
- Work in collaboratively with the Referral Engagement team to fully understand the industry and identify opportunities that will support a dedicated engagement plan to drive and increase the numbers in referrals for the centre.
- Be responsible in upholding our commitment towards continuous improvement and working with best practice standards.
Who you are
- Demonstrated experience Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
- Proven experience in team building and direct line management experience.
- Passion for service excellence and improving quality.
- Proactive involvement in delivering healthcare in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing business growth opportunities.
- Possess a strong business acumen.
- Analytical and results orientated approach towards achieving desired outcomes.
- Able to quickly understand business drivers of healthcare market and delivery.
- Excellent organization skills, and have a systematic approach.
- Experience at developing and maintaining positive business relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, which extend to both internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable Experience e and Qualifications
- Tertiary education level.
- Business-related management qualification desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience working in a similar role.
- Previous experience of working with the private health sector.
- Consultative and inclusive management style.
