Offer 1: Assistant Director (Full-Time)Successful applicants will have:
- An ACECQA recognised qualification Early Childhood Teachers Degree, or be Diploma qualified
- Ideally have at least 5 years previous experience in a 2IC or room leader role
- Ability to supervise daily operations and fulfil regulatory documentation
- The drive for high quality education and care
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- A current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to drive cultural change and develop a high performing team
- Have an ability to communicate effectively with children, families and staff members
- Possess a passion, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of working with children.
- Highly desirable: sound understanding of CCS and Xplor Software however training can be provided.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and NQF
- Ability to develop warm and meaningful relationships with children
- Right to Work in Australia
Successful applicant will have:
- A Diploma or Cert III in Childcare Education
- Planning learning environments, setting up activities, preparing and cleaning away materials and supplies.
- Daily/weekly planning and objectives.
- Evaluate programming.
- Completing the children's daily reports.
- Creating a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Maintaining a high level of health & safety standards; and
- Food preparation as needed.
