The role involves managing program logistics, maintaining event calendars, and ensuring employee attendance.About the role
- Coordinate and manage the UGL Corporate Training Calendar for corporate programs, including Program One (Leading Teams and Leading Managers), Diploma of Project Management Program, Emerging Female Leaders plus more.
- Oversee venues, trainers, materials, participants, and related logistics, including intercompany recharges.
- Coordinate the Corporate Onboarding Calendar, including monthly inductions and bi-monthly webinars with the MD.
- Ensure all new starters complete induction programs, including online and face-to-face inductions. Manage registration, invitations, and attendance.
- Provide first-level support for Learning Systems.
- Monitor the L&D team inbox and handle queries.
- Support ad-hoc projects for the L&D and Corporate P&C team.
- Experience managing learning programs, or you have worked as a P&C/HR Coordinator/events management for a large organisation.
- You are highly organised, with a strong focus on task and process management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
