Our TAE course is widely considered in the market to be one of the best TAE40122 courses on offer due to the fact that we use our own materials and the fact that we have some of the most dynamic course creators, compliance staff and trainers on board in Australia.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced vocational trainer and assessor to join our TAE team on a full time basis (we are also seeking a part time TAE trainer and assessor). Based in Sydney, the role involves a variety of training and assessment activities. Training responsibilities include face-to-face classroom delivery in our Sydney training rooms as well as Zoom delivery. Delivery is interactive and includes a mix of facilitation and learning support tasks. Trainers are provided with clear session plans, guides and high-quality resources. Assessment responsibilities include live assessment facilitation and marking written assessment tasks. We have a highly experienced, close knit team, who actively contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our courses.

About you
Please apply if are passionate about adult learning, self-motivated and have a genuine interest in the well-being of your students. We are looking for an experienced vocational trainer and assessor, an engaging facilitator and clear communicator. The following qualifications and experience is necessary:
- TAE and higher adult ed qualifications (see list below)
- Sound knowledge of adult learning, assessment practices and VET environment
- Possess excellent time management, and a high level of literacy
- A customer focus and proficient computer skills
Experience in training TAE is essential.
To join our team, you will need one of the below:
• TAE50111/TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, OR
• TAE50211/TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development, OR
• a higher level qualification in adult education
You will also need:
• TAE40122/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and assessment, OR
• TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and assessment and TAEASS502 Design & develop assessment tools and TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills and BSBCMM411 Make presentations
