Mercedes-Benz Waverley seeks a skilled and dedicated Mercedes-Benz Diagnostic Technician to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests using state-of-the-art equipment to identify and rectify vehicle issues
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and software systems in Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Interpret diagnostic results and provide accurate advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with the workshop manager, other technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Test driving & conducting quality assurance inspections
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and participate in ongoing training programs
- Qualified Technician with a high level of mechanical knowledge/experience
- You will offer a full range of specialised services, such as diagnosing and repair.
- Accreditation at a Diagnostic Tech level (ideal)
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician, preferably with a focus on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tools, software, and systems
- Proficient in interpreting and analysing diagnostic reports and data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Current driver's license
