The Job:
As the Client Services Manager you will be responsible for client acquisition and retention, with previous experience in a senior client facing management role.
Serving as the primary brand representative between the community and the business, your role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities. From understanding the NDIS and its application for our clients, representing JohnnyH at national trade shows & expos and maintaining 3rd party stakeholder relationships. Your expertise will extend to communicating with clients, their NDIS Support Co-ordinators and Plan managers.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, Support Coordinators and all community stakeholders
- New client onboarding and client relationship management including client profiles, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports and Risk Assessments
- Business development & building new referral pathways
- Generating and converting leads at a national level across our 3 locations in Canberra, Western Sydney and the Gold Coast
- Ongoing relationship with clients and their JohnnyH support team to ensure highest level of service and care
- Managing to a successful outcome, any client complaints
- Weekly client debtors and collections
The successful individual will have:
- Strong communication skills and have a high level of empathy
- Experience in a similar role; having worked previously in a high performing customer service team
- Aptitude for networking at events & business development including travelling to all 3 regions for Industry and trade shows
- Leader who influences people
- Understanding of the NDIS and client engagement, having previously worked with people with a disability and the NDIS (essential)
- Strong sense of community with a desire to go above and beyond.
- WWVP (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
