We need someone who strikes that balance of being able build relationships with customers and hunt for sales. It's primarily account management with existing businesses in the database, but there's inbound leads to convert and a small amount of prospecting to keep the pipeline full.
Based on the Northern Beaches this job suits someone local, the public transport isn't great. It's a team of 22 people, mix of ages and all interests, no politics or drama - and we're keeping it that way.
You'd be working on getting small to medium businesses to be involved in the events, and working with your marketing and operations coordinators to ensure that's as easy and successful for the client as possible. Primarily on the phone and email contacting and following up, a couple of face-to-face visits and some time at the events.
