AddressWe are looking for a Change Analyst to join the Bank Change Chapter, that supports a variety of programs across the Suncorp Group. As Change Analyst on the Financial Crimes Compliance program of work, you will create and execute and follow the Enterprise Change Framework, creating Change Impact Assessments and other related documents to support our stakeholders. This role will support the delivery of program benefits through the developing and delivering on new policy, technology and process adoption. In addition to proven training and change management skills, you will have excellent stakeholder engagement (in particular senior stakeholders) and coaching skills to ensure changes are embedded for our impacted teams. |
A demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, change and learning activities for large-scale transformation or technology projects is highly desirable. Experience in understanding how changes impact an end to end system of work or value chain is also highly desirable.

- Formal coaching or training certification
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related field
- 5+ years project and people engagement related change experience
- 2+ years working within Agile project environment
- Experience working within Finance industry and Information Technology
- 5+ years project and people engagement related change experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience with senior stakeholder management and engagement
- Demonstrable experience in delivering change and learning in a continuous delivery model such as Agile
- Ability to develop creative and visual change, learning and communication collateral using modern communication tools (e.g. Powtoon, Piktochart, Canva, PowerPoint)
