Role 1: Change Analyst – 6 months contract.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Complete impact analysis of assigned projects and assess the organisation’s capability to deliver and identify where organisation change conflicts may arise. This includes but is not restricted to analysis of changes to business processes.
- Assess organisational change requirements required for the successful delivery of Information Services projects and initiatives ensuring all facets are considered especially people impact, changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
- Adhere to and drive the adoption of the IS OCM Framework across all IS projects by IS Project Managers and vendor Change Manager resources (where applicable).
- Ensure IS change initiatives meet objectives and are on time and budget to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
- Develop stakeholder engagement management plans for individual projects.
- Develop change strategies for individual projects to maximise employee readiness, adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
- Undertake business readiness assessments and stakeholder feedback analysis.
- Manage Vendor change resources within IS projects through quality assurance activities.
- Demonstrated experience in complex ICT change projects from end to end with organisation wide impacts.
- Demonstrated experience navigating / overcoming resistance to change.
- Significant demonstrated experience in developing, initiating and executing change management plans – including providing guidance & leadership in Communication, Coordination and Analysis
- Experience in the application of formalised OCM Methods, Approaches and Industry best practice (i.e. PROSCI, CMI, CMBoK etc.)
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Apply the change management framework within the context of project delivery methodology to enable successful implementation and embedding of change initiatives.
- Help Develop and manage the detailed change plan / schedule as an integrated part of the project plan.
- Deliver all elements of the stakeholder analysis, change and training needs analysis and planning, communications. Including the simplification of information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by all stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Help Develop a business readiness action plan that addresses the issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. Assess and determine business and implementation readiness at various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders to effectively identify, prioritise and manage change impacts and to ensure the right engagement is occurring to support readiness objectives.
- Work with the Platform and Project Manager to proactively identify and own change related risks / issues and prepare mitigation plans for them.
- Coordinate the delivery of training supporting change and readiness activities.
- Ensure that the holistic view of change exists for lifespan of the project.
- Drive and support the development of change artefacts to support the project release/s.
- Collaborate effectively managing information and confidentiality requirements across the company Limited in accordance with applicable ring-fencing parameters.
- Compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in complex ICT change projects from end to end with organisation wide impacts;
- Experience creating and executing training processes and materials.
- Demonstrated experience navigating / overcoming resistance to change.
- Significant demonstrated experience in developing, initiating and executing change management plans – including providing guidance & leadership in Communication, Coordination and Analysis
- Experience in the application of formalised OCM Methods, Approaches and Industry best practice (i.e. PROSCI, CMI, CMBoK etc.)
- Proven experience with vendor engagement and management.
- Experience in structured Program & Project environment such as MSP, Prince2, PMBoK, Agile principles.
