With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we continuously strive to enhance our operations and achieve sustainable growth.Role Overview:As one of our Organisational Change Managers at City of Gold Coast, you will play a pivotal role in driving and managing Organisational Change initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that ensure smooth transitions, foster employee engagement, and maximise organisational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans to support organisational initiatives.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, concerns, and perspectives regarding proposed changes.Develop communication strategies to effectively convey the rationale, benefits, and impact of Organisational Changes to employees.Identify potential risks and obstacles to change implementation and develop mitigation strategies.Provide guidance and support to project teams and individuals affected by change, fostering a positive and resilient organisational culture.Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.Requirements:Experience:Over 8 years' experience in HR or Change roles (generalist, OD, L&D or other).At least 2 years' experience partnering with senior leaders.Leading change projects and building high-quality change, communication, and capability plans.Facilitation of change/teamwork or equivalent interventions.Coaching leaders in 360 feedback and/or other behavioural tools.Skills:Ability to partner and influence leaders and business decisions to deliver project and engagement outcomes.Strong coaching skills with the ability to coach the business on adapting to change and building engagement through change.Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.Solid change management, organisational design, and project management skills.Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Be part of shaping the Gold Coast's futureThe Gold Coast is inspired by lifestyle and driven by opportunity.
