About the Role
As a Change and Communications Lead in our Institutional Capital Reforms Program (ICRP) Team you'll play a key role in helping to delivering within a complex project or program environments while applying a practical and people-centric lens to your work. You will thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment and excel within a team environment.
There is an expectation in the future that this role will have direct reports, you will be adept at driving change strategy, managing stakeholder relationships, delivering brilliant communication internally and externally, taking the lead with planning and supporting the team and project outcomes with a hands on delivery approach.

Role Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like?
As a Change and Communication Lead, you will:
- Drive the change approach, plan and delivery, and provide change leadership in change program or workstreams.
- Lead, prepare and deliver both internal and external communication requirements for the program and workstreams including training and Communication materials.
- Identify and gather cross workstream change impacts to identify hotspots and define targeted plans for mitigation and implementation.
- Deliver change work with a strategic lens that considers the broader change landscape and end to end change; anticipate potential opportunities and challenges and mitigates risks.
- Recommend opportunities, change mitigations and engagement strategies to adapt the change approach.
- Facilitate and participate in cross-workstream workshops to understand Change and Communication requirements and activities needed to support a positive customer and employee experience.
- Develop BAU transition plans and support handover of Change and Communication activities to the business.
- Apply the ANZ Change Methodology and tools in a way that is simple and fit for purpose while sharing lessons learned and continuous improvement of the toolkit.
- Apply ANZ communication framework aligning to all standards, processes and templates to ensure communication is delivered accurately, simply and effectively to each target audience.
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Recent in-depth experience as a Senior Change and Communication Manager in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- A hands-on approach to Change and Communication management.
- Ability to grasp & learn key concepts and processes quickly.
- Able to identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses.
- Good research and analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience and understanding of Wholesale credit risk, risk grading, and capital management frameworks and processes.
- Prior experience and understanding of the Institutional Division landscape.
- Expert mastery and experience in Change and Communication Management principles, methods, processes, techniques and industry best practice.
