A global financial company based in the Sydney CBD are looking for a receptionist to join the team. This is a temporary role with the view to go permanent long term.
About the role:
Switchboard management
Welcoming clients with beverages
Maintaining a clean reception area and kitchen.
Organise meeting room bookings
Coordinating IT support
Liaise with Building Service
Adhoc tasks as requested
Selection Criteria:
Corporate presentation
In office 5 days
Ability to set up meeting rooms and events (moving furniture at times)
Excellent communication skills
Tech Savvy
Full working rights in Australia
