About our client

Our client is looking for a Change, Communication, and Training Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract with the probability of extensions.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the organisational Change Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Work with the Organisational Change Manager to understand the change impacts and confirm the type of communications required to support the change program.
  • Lead the development of communications deliverables for end users and key stakeholders.
  • Support the project team in their interactions with the business and key stakeholders to ensure that interactions and communications are well structured and tracked.
  • Assist in the development of the Training Needs Analysis and develop the training materials required for rollout.
  • Deliver training to end users and provide initial support to end users post-go-live.
  • Plan and track training and communication activities to schedule to ensure timeframes are met.
  • Maintain a strong connection between the business and the project team, to ensure expectations are both managed and met.
  • Travel within Australia will be required at times within the program to engage with key stakeholders and to deliver training.
Skills required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering change/communication/training activities and deliverables for Information Technology projects, within a large enterprise environment.
  • Professional Organisational Change Manager qualification is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in managing the delivery of project communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Previous experience in developing training materials and delivering training to end users.
  • Graphic design skills are desirable but not mandatory.
  • High level of interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills and an ability to effectively develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and operational staff.
  • Critical analysis and problem-solving skills and ability to take direction and deliver outcomes.
