To thrive in this role, you must be a proven industry expert, capable of delivering exceptional outcomes with a working knowledge of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act and Regulations and, various competencies.
These include:
- RII40220 - Certificate IV in Surface Coal Mining (Open Cut Examiner)
- RII40420 - Certificate IV in Underground Coal Operations
- RII30120 - Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations
- RII30220 - Certificate III in Underground Coal Operations
- RII20220 - Certificate II in Surface Extraction Operations
- RII20320 - Certificate II in Underground Coal Mining
With a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the resources sector and proficiency in multiple disciplines, you will possess a current TAESS00015 Skill Set, or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Current Mining RII Certificates, valid Australian driver's license and Qld. Coal Board Medical are also required.
As a self-motivated professional, you should be capable of working autonomously and effectively managing multiple tasks.
Flexibility to travel and coordinate work resources is essential to succeed in this role.
