YOUR ROLE
The Change Communications Specialist will support the successful delivery of the key strategic initiatives across MACS directorates in line with MACS 2030. The role will design, produce and implement Change Communications to assist staff at all levels to adopt the new organizational design and ways of working. Working collaboratively with the key stakeholders across MACS, the successful incumbent to the role will work at both strategic and operational levels to bring clarity and transparency to organisational and team changes, helping to ensure key changes are explained, understood and adopted.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to plan, create and deliver clear, concise and engaging Change Communications
- Act as the key contact for the change project, building strong relationships with project teams and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain milestone reporting across all activity against agreed deliverables
- Relevant administration related to the role such as meeting minutes, budget tracking, attending marketing and communications team meetings
ABOUT YOU
- Ability to demonstrate highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to positively influence outcomes and develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Proven strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and the ability to understand and evaluate stakeholder needs across all levels
- You possess a proactive, organised, solution-focussed approach to working in a flexible and adaptable change environment
- Demonstrated ability in prioritising and planning workloads in order to meet strict deadlines with a high attention to detail and accuracy
