Required skills and experience:
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and users before and after system go-live, ensuring smooth adoption and engagement.
- Manage a change agent network to facilitate seamless transitions.
- Conduct needs assessments and instructional analysis to identify training objectives, developing communication plans and materials accordingly.
- Collaborate with senior staff and subject matter experts to craft communication materials, ensuring alignment with program objectives and operational procedures.
- Monitor communication and change outcomes, developing remediation plans as needed.
