About The Role:
We're in search of a dynamic and experienced Marketing, Communications, and Events Specialist to join our team. You'll serve as the driving force behind our marketing initiatives and customer engagement events. Collaborating closely with our market development and sales teams, you'll conceptualise and execute innovative marketing campaigns, harnessing your boundless creativity and expertise to amplify our brand awareness. Communications is broad and we know, we need you to harness the message we have critique it in several ways and then get it to where it is needed and that can be inward or outward facing, another component is to really drive our social engagement further and monitor that development. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement through strategic marketing initiatives and captivating events. The role is based in our Perth office with travel to Melbourne planned at 25% per month.

What we need you to do:

We have a good story to tell, we just don’t tell it often (or at all)! So, we need you to be the integration between our frequent messages both internally and externally. We like to reward our loyal customers and continually invest in entertainment such as dining, sporting, concerts, or theatre. But we don’t specialise in running events! This role would involve seeking out entertainment opportunities, collaborating with venues, maintaining a client database (in our CRM) and gaining feedback on customer experience. Given our B2B focus, flashy brochures for the latest widget aren't our priority. Instead, we require insights into unexplored avenues and strategies that resonate with both current and prospective clientele." 

 
The Main Responsibilities Would Include: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to showcase our lubrication solutions and electrifying events.
• Craft and orchestrate unforgettable customer events, seminars, and trade shows, solidifying our brand visibility and nurturing client relationships.
• Create captivating marketing collateral, ranging from digital content to social media prowess and print marvels, to fuel our promotional activities.
• Dive deep into market trends and customer insights, empowering our marketing strategies and fine-tuning campaign performance.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives and show-stopping events.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of our marketing efforts, armed with data-driven insights to fuel continuous improvement and innovation.
• Write high-quality, clear, and effective communications on behalf of our Commercial leaders.
• Continually develop new and innovative ways to engage and inform audiences (internal and external) in physical, virtual, and hybrid settings.
• Construct creative decks that simplify messages for a broad audience.
• Social is a key element of this role, not only in the actual meaning of it, but we need you to work with our team to assist in development content for our social’s presence.

About You – Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring the following to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, communications, and event management.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload. 
• Have a keen eye for detail and ability to problem solve.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fantastic time management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, MS Office.
• Be well adept in CRM use and interpretations. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Minimum Requirements: - 

• Ability to demonstrate a high level of marketing, communications, and event management skills.
• Ability to pass a functional pre-employ medical including drug and alcohol screen. 
• Hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence. 
• Provide a National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months.
• Be health, safety and environmentally conscious
• The ability to make practical decisions under pressure.
