With regional road traffic skyrocketing, up more than 20% over the last several years, the demand for both classic and digital billboards is peaking - and we're leading the charge.
Due to an internal transition, an opportunity exists for a Production Co-ordinator at POA’s Head Office. As the Production Co-ordinator you will be responsible for facilitating the production and artwork of advertising material onto billboards and providing appropriate support to all core business teams. The Production Co-ordinator is an important conduit between the Sales Team, Operations Team, Clients and Suppliers.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate via phone and email with clients to ensure their artwork is ready in time to make production deadlines
- Liaison with suppliers to ensure production of advertising skins is completed and delivered in time to make installation deadlines
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and prepare quotes for customers in relation to private signage sales
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure production deadlines are going to be met
- Provide necessary support to Sales and Administration Teams
We are looking for someone who is positive and outgoing and above all displays initiative and forward thinking. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential in this role as there is a lot of work with clients, sales staff and suppliers.
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of the MS Office suite and professional phone skills are prerequisites.
The ideal applicant will have had administration experience preferably within a high-volume Sales/Production area or a busy commercial operation. You will be able to handle moderately stressful days around monthly deadline times and be adept at managing competing demands on your time.
