Are you an experienced Change Management professional with a background in SA Government structures, particularly in the health sector? We have an exciting temporary opportunity for you to join a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping senior-level roles and supporting complex change processes. This is a three-month contract with an immediate start for the right candidate. About the Role: Support a major Change Management process by creating and reviewing role descriptions for senior roles, undertaking classification assessments, and providing senior-level Change Management Support.

Classification Level: ASO6/7
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review role descriptions for senior executive service (SAES) positions.
Conduct classification assessments for senior roles.
Provide expert support through complex Change Management processes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and implementation of changes.
About You:
Extensive experience with SAES structures and SA Government frameworks.
Proven track record in developing senior-level role descriptions within government, preferably within the health sector.
Strong background in supporting complex Change Management initiatives.
Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate.
Ability to commence immediately and commit to a three-month tenure.
