Exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join a leading Financial Service organisation to work on a large-scale program. This role will support projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) as well as initiatives using traditional project delivery models.Your duties
- Deliver change strategy and ensure it is delivered professionally and efficiently
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders for project delivery
- Identify, manage, and document change process and methodology
- Conduct change readiness assessments
- Develop and implement resistance management plan
- Assist in the delivery of post implementation review
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
About you
- 2+ years working within Agile project environment
- 5+ years working as a Change Manager working on large programs of work
- Strong stakeholder and prioritisation skills
- Experience working on complex IT projects and large scale projects
- Certification or qualification in Change Management
