As a Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Crime RiskAssurance Review Managers and Head of Assurance in the creation, maintenance, and timely execution of the Assurance plan and work closely with other members of the team to deliver valuable risk insights into the effectiveness of Macquarie’s Financial Crime Risk management framework. You will engage with senior business and functional stakeholders during the planning, fieldwork and reporting stages of the Assurance Reviews and develop assurance related management information, maintaining regulatory knowledge and horizon scanning to inform views of emerging risks and focus areas. You will have the opportunity to work with the Assurance Data and Innovation Team to develop and deliver automation and future assurance processes and tools, as well as big data and artificial intelligence reviews.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks.
