Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Change Manager - ICT. This position is located in their busy Brisbane CBD office for an initial contract until the 30/09/2024
  
About the Position
The Change Manager is responsible for providing a wide range of support services to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of organisational change and the adoption of information systems
and technology services. 

Duties

• Support the Director Change Management, Project Directors and Project Managers in executing business & prisoner centric organisational change to make a difference within
  our community.
• Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities.
• Lead, plan and deliver project communication.
• Undertake stakeholder analysis, develop engagement strategies and plans.
• Identify, analyse, and prepare change focussed risk mitigation.
• Plan, conduct, and continually review both training material, and training
• Track and report issues that may arise during the deployment.

Requirements/Skills

• Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in organisational change management roles, including design and implementation of structured change. Project management delivering ICT projects.
• Travel may be a requirement for this position as this position may be required to work at different sites
