The division employs more than 3600 team members.About the role:Reporting to the Head of Network Development, and a key member within our Wholesale/Supply Chain team, the Change Manager is critical in ensuring smooth transitions within the organisation's transformation program of work, aligning with Wesfarmers overall strategy. This is achieved through the assessment of proposed changes; development of change management plans; communication and training initiatives; collaboration with cross-functional teams; monitoring and evaluation.Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard operational continuity and adherence to regulatory standards.Please note - this role can be based in Melbourne or BrisbaneWhat you'll do:
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives
- Lead the planning and execution of change management activities focussed on the allocated projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes or systems
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives
- Proven experience 6-8 years in change management roles, preferably within complex organisational environments
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Ability to influence and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organisational Psychology, Change Management
