Our client AGL are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join them on a contract basis. This is in a hybrid environment and based in Melbourne for a five months contract for an immediate start. The incumbent will display behaviors which reflect and actively demonstrate alignment to the AGL Values of: Care in every action, Integrity always, Better together, Deliver your best, Shape tomorrow.The Program Change Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the roll out and implementation of Salesforce into our Call Centre teams. This role will work with the people in the Change and Implementation Team to work with stream leads to understand the complexities and impacts of the changes, develop a program view of change dependencies, and support deployment into BAU delivery teams including adoption planning and handover processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving project environment, is comfortable at picking up in flight work quickly to produce reporting and plans that meet stakeholder needs. Possessing strong analytical and presentation skills they excel at managing complexity while driving change management excellence. You will be a hands on Change Manager also involved in extensive documentation.Key responsibilities include:
- Change impact assessments
- Program view of change dependencies
- Change management execution and integration
- Documentation management and solution orientation
- Proven experience in change management or program management within complex organizational environments ideally working with/on Salesforce or Technology deployment.
- Change Management qualifications (PROSCI, PCI etc) preferred
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with experience applying them in large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights and recommendations for multiple audience use
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across diverse
- Proficiency in project management tools, reporting and techniques, with experience managing dependencies and mitigating risks in fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
