Change Manager (Projects)
We are seeking for a dynamic Change Manager to join our Project Management Office team on a full time fixed term contract for 2 years and will be based at Brightwater Central in Inglewood.
As a Change Manager (Projects), you will be responsible for empowering the delivery of the organisations digital transformation roadmap by sponsoring and developing a culture of change and enablement for all Brightwater staff, across both strategic and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting to Project Management Officer, you will provide leadership across communication and change for Information Systems, and engagement with the broader organisation to identify process and system improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- A background in consulting or proven change management experience working with end to end ERP or Digital transformation projects is essential.
- Lead the enablement and continuous improvement of business and information technology systems in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal Communication skills.
- Management of stakeholders, including analysis, engagement and communications approaches & plans.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and project plans to support the successful implementation of system upgrades and replacements.
- Conduct workshops and system demonstrations, to support multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders through the change process.
- Identify learning or development needs and develop learning strategies, plans and deliver training.
- Nurture a customer service centred culture within the Organisation, promoting service delivery across Brightwater, demonstrating “ownership” of problems through to final resolution.
- Proactively support the Executive Group, and undertake other duties as directed.
