About the Role
NinjaOne is looking for a Channel Marketing Coordinator with a take-charge attitude and excellent attention to detail to manage and optimise NinjaOne's Channel Marketing efforts for Asia Pacific. This position reports to the APAC Senior Marketing Manager and will be a core part of our marketing team. They will support a variety of initiatives including event planning, email marketing, social media, digital campaign setup, webinar production - all with the intention of helping drive channel pipeline for the APAC region. The ideal candidate has a strong "sales" orientation (in addition to your marketing know-how) characterised by exceptional interpersonal skills, determination, and independence.
Location- Hybrid remote in Sydney, Australia
What You'll be Doing
Support Senior Marketing Manager to create and deliver marketing plans which best allow Partners to amplify NinjaOne's product strategy and messaging.
Build quarterly Channel Marketing plans proposing and optimising plans to the latest marketing initiatives to help drive channel pipeline generation.
Ensure Partner portal is regularly maintained up-to-date and contains localised content specifically for APAC.
Ensure marketing plans are fully executed and invoiced on a quarterly basis.
Communicate with Partners on all marketing campaigns and daily requests.
Campaign reporting, measurement, and tracking.
Coordination and action tracking of Internal cross functional team meetings.
Marketing budget management (tracking).
Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
About You
Knowledge of channel operations, particularly within the IT industry.
Able to work with cross-functional teams, includes Channel, Sales and Marketing teams.
Experience running or supporting webinars or digital events.
Comfortable researching and running trade shows and/or roadshows.
Experience with a variety of marketing and sales tools - Pardot and Salesforce preferred.
Detail oriented (we know, everyone says this! But it applies to so many things including project management, communication, and reporting).
Capable of regularly managing multiple, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Expert in maintaining and growing relationships (internally and externally).
Efficient and effective communicator - for internal and external audiences.
Tertiary degree in Business or marketing graduate preferred.
1-3 years marketing experience, demand or lead gen in B2B SaaS preferred.
