About the Role
MARS Recruitment are delighted to be retained by an amazing Australian organisation to find a Channel Marketing Manager on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The brand oozes premium and heritage and we're on the lookout for a special hire to highlight this through working with some of the biggest retailers in the country.
In this role, you will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that inform, educate, and persuade both retailers and consumers, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery of projects. With manufacturing based onsite this a unique opportunity to work with a best in class 'Made in Australia' brand that is also being lapped up overseas by retailers and consumers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and execute master brand and sub-brand communications into the retail channel.
- Translate brand plans into Channel Marketing strategies in collaboration with Group Sales Managers.
- Drive ROI of channel partner marketing investments, including local store marketing, in-store advertising, promotions, and POS merchandising.
- Support retail partner teams through showroom management, sharing consumer insights, and providing collaborative marketing support and assets.
- Raise premium value perception and conversion rates among consumers in collaboration with channel partners.
- Brief and manage suppliers to produce marketing requirements on time and within budget.
- Lead and nurture a direct report, ensuring their professional development and engagement.

- Proven success in Channel Marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience in analysing market data, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimise strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver marketing assets and programs on time and within budget.

- Ability to drive creativity and innovation in marketing initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
- Background in Channel Marketing strategy with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in deploying marketing strategies in collaboration with sales teams and channel partners.
- Knowledge of the production process and resource management required for creating marketing assets.
- Ability to manage supplier capabilities to deliver various marketing materials such as print advertising, video, and photography.
