Key Accountabilities: Uncover, articulate, and implement customer insights and value propositions to deliver maximum customer benefitCreate and deliver a range of high-profile marketing strategies and outputs that grow customer loyaltyDeliver full transformation and ongoing management of the key reseller partner Program.Create and develop best practice channel strategy nationally.Develop and monitor tracking and data for each segment.Develop and execute a wide range of customer focused marketing initiatives including digital marketing program, customer portals, marketing agreements, and personalised marketing for Residential and Reseller customer groups. About You: Seeking a dynamic marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years hands on experience.A marketing degree is essential complimented by robust interpersonal skills.Valuable expertise in channel/distribution marketing and B2B marketing is highly regarded.The ability to craft and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the Business Unit's goals.Confident with interpreting data and market trends to make informed decisions and optimise campaigns.Clearly communicate ideas to internal and external stakeholders.Inspire and lead a marketing team of two, fostering collaboration and achieving common objectives.Understand our customer's needs, tailoring marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction within allocated budgets.
