Australia Post are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to engage, coach and empower our local business partners to succeed in growing their revenue. The Channel Partner Manager will be a trusted advisor and coach to help each local business partner build a portfolio of business customers and maximise growth and sustainable revenue within their portfolio.
In this role you will be upskilling the local business partners to acquire new customers, ensure that product targets, KPIs and customer commitments are achieved. You will help them manage customer churn, product churn and increase product penetration, you will visit retail customers and ensure that Australia Post’s go to market strategies and product initiatives come to life on a daily basis.
What you’ll deliver with us
In this role you are an essential bridge between the corporate office and the business on the ground, you will have the chance and opportunity to have a positive impact on local business partner’s lives by helping them grow sustainable, long term accounts.
You will drive sustainable sales by working with each local business partner to acquire new customers and cross sell to existing customers. This may include, but is not limited to, implementing local marketing events in collaboration with the local area markets team and local businesses, chambers of commerce and government agencies. You will source lead data or data and the training of how this information is used to generate acquisition opportunities.

You’ll
- Coach each LBP to acquire new customers and grow existing revenue in their zone or portfolios.
- Coach the LBP to execute the partner coaching and support program.
- Guide the LBPs development and implementation of customer strategic territory plans.
- Supporting the LBP with salesforce hygiene.
- Support the LBP to achieve product targets including domestic, international Startrack ID&V and payment platforms.
- Completing pricing delegations and supporting the completion of contracts.
About you
You will be a successful sales professional and have the ability to coach and develop sales teams.

- Experience designing and implementing account management strategies.
- Sales discipline knowledge.
- An understanding of product and how to propose solutiosn
