Butchers Diner at the top end of Bourke Street is a progressive butcher, working with premium Australian meat and serving our diner customers a unique menu from noon to midnight, Tuesday to Saturday. We are on the hunt for a Chef or experienced Cook to join our small team 2-3 nights a week.
This position includes:
- Short order cooking
- Food preparation
- Assisting head chef with events in the upstairs private dining room
- Ability to work in a close, positive team environment both back & front of house
- Enjoy the buzz from fast dynamic services
- Self-motivated to succeed
- Have great communication skills
