The Role:
We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and contributing to menu development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensuring consistent and high-quality food presentation
- Collaborating with the team to create daily specials and new menu items
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with kitchen organization and cleanliness
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a café or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and creative dishes
- Food Safety certification preferred
