AddressHunt Hospitality is seeking skilled and passionate chefs and cooks to join our team at The Kent Kitchen. While our kitchen is currently closed due to renovations in the main bar, we are eagerly preparing to reopen with an enhanced dining experience. We're looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute their culinary talents to our team and help us create unforgettable dining experiences for our patrons.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a kitchen environment
- A track record of culinary qualifications and certifications.
- A genuine passion for the industry and a keen interest in staying updated on food trends.
- Strict adherence to food safety standards, with current certification.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to our New Menu Design and pitch your dishes to contribute to recreating The Kent Hotel’s flavour.
- Exhibit proficiency in both preparation and service, with the flexibility to work various shifts, including days, weekends, and nights on a rotating roster.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, adjusting production levels as per business demands while ensuring the highest standards are upheld.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to the kitchen, effectively managing both upwards and downwards to maintain a cohesive team dynamic.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, contributing positively to kitchen operations.
- Demonstrate organisational prowess, remaining motivated, responsible, and accountable while meeting deadlines.
Please Note:
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
- Immediate starts are available upon the completion of renovations and reopening of the kitchen.
